Team Coordination. Serve as the central point of contact for engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field personnel.
Subcontractor Management. Select, coordinate, and supervise vendors and trades to meet quality and safety standards.
Site Logistics & Safety Oversight. Ensure site readiness, CQC planning, and compliance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA requirements.
Progress Reporting & Documentation. Provide transparent status updates, field reports, meeting notes, and issue tracking.
Closeout & Turnover Support. Manage final inspections, load testing, training, and project documentation for system acceptance.
