POWERHOUSE BRIDGE CRANE

Advanced Crane Technologies supplied all new motors, brakes, reducers, sheaves, controls, wiring, festoons, operator cab & chair, added, load cells and state-of-the-art controls. New controls have a cab mounted color touch screen that displays the hook load, hook height above the floor, trolley positions, crane status, diagnostics, alarms, etc. Crane is also radio controlled. CRANE TESTING: All (5) motion were completely tested to ensure correct operation and control requirements. Main hoists were load tested at 50%, 100%, and 125% capacity. A complete set of motor and control readings were taken at each load test level. The readings taken at each speed point for each motion consisted of volts, amps, frequency, and RPMs. TRAINING: Operational and maintenance training was provided. (2) Complete days, covering mechanical equipment, crane drives, and control system.
