New 100/30T Portal Whirler Crane

Design, manufacture, and delivery of a new 100/30-ton portal whirler crane for Newport News Shipbuilding in Newport News, VA. Provided a full turnkey solution including project management, engineering, fabrication, assembly, shipping, installation, startup, load testing, and training. The scope also included control system integration, quality control, procurement, scheduling, and field supervision to meet all contract requirements.

The crane features a 100-ton capacity at a 65-foot radius and 30-ton capacity at a 190-foot radius, offering versatile performance for heavy-duty material handling applications at the shipyard.
